Issue/Introduction

ChatGPT long chat webpage scrolling is flickering; when the user tries to scroll up and down the long chat text the browser is jumping randomly.

Environment

Cloud Web Isolation isolated ChatGPT app either in Vector rendering mode (VRM) or Grid rendering mode (GRM)

Resolution

1. Log into the Cloud Web Isolation management console
   
   
2. Go to "System Configuration -> Advanced Configuration Settings" tab
   
   
3. Search for "same_domain_optimization.domain_blacklist"
   
   
4. Add "chatgpt.com" to the current list, example:
   
   
   
   
5. Make sure "same_domain_optimization.enable_domain_blacklist" value is set to "true"
   
   
6. Click on the "PUSH SETTINGS" button at the top right of the management console web interface
   
   
7. Test ChatGPT chat scrolling
