Issue/Introduction

Process to configure Cloud Service for E-mail in hybrid mode.

Resolution

Please collect and share below information from your Exchange server(s) and share it with Support through a new Support case:
- Public IP address to authorize: x.x.x.x
- CA-signed certificate in .pem format

Support will then engage internal resources at Broadcom and share the provided items so that the detector is converted to Hybrid.
