VDT log for vCenter show [FAIL] NTP Service Check - NTP and Host time are both disabled

Issue/Introduction

• When Using the VCF Diagnostic Tool for vSphere (VDT) it reports the below failure 
     NTP CHECKS
        [FAIL]    NTP Service Check
                    NTP and Host time are both disabled!

Cause

Network Time Protocol (NTP) on a vCenter Server Appliance (VCSA) is not configured. 

Resolution

Follow the steps described on the Broadcom KB  Configure Network Time Protocol (NTP) on the vCenter
