Summarizing Network incident report by Incident Action shows incorrect names

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading from DLP version 15.8 MP3 to 16.1 MP1, an issue was observed when summarizing network incident reports.
Specifically, when reports are grouped or summarized by the "Incident Action" field, the system is displaying numerical IDs instead of the expected descriptive text names for each action.

It was identified as a product defect 

Resolution

This issue has been resolved in private hotfix DLP 16.1 MP1 HF8(Symantec_DLP_16.1_MP1HF8_Platform_Win-IN_16.1.00108.60317.zip). Please contact our technical support team to request this hotfix.
