Getting an error when creating Entity if OBS is associated with Investment Extension.

Issue/Introduction

We are trying to setup the environment for a data migration and ran into an issue where we are unable to Create the Entity either through the UI or through XOG.

Getting below error: Error 500 - Internal Server Error. The server could not retrieve the document due to server-configuration or other technical problems. Contact your site administrator.

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Create OBS and associate it with Investment Extension.
2. Attempt to create an Entity using above created OBS.
3. Observe error 500 and entity is not created.

Note: Attempting to remove association from OBS for Investment Extension is also failing with the same error.

Expected Results: It should not allow to select Investment Extension for OBS Association.

Actual Results: It is allowing to associate with Investment Extension causing an issue to create Entity and also not allowing Admin to remove it.
