Not receiving alerts generated for each Recovery Plan for alert trigger on 'every compliance check'

Issue/Introduction

Customer set the alert trigger to 'every compliance check'. However, they are not receiving these alerts as frequently as expected and not all alerts are being generated for each Recovery Plan. 

Environment

VMware Live Cyber Recovery v27

Cause

Alot of email notifications generating and there is a possibility that some notifications are being dropped either on AWS or on the SMTP server of the enduser.

Resolution

Use Event Forwarding feature where users can send all the events to Splunk, Aria etc.  This feature is available in next release (v28)9.0.0.10
