NOTE: CA Agile Central Support Manager and CA Agile Central IBM ClearQuest Integration will no longer be enhanced or fixed and technical support will be discontinued effective September 30, 2017. Learn more here.

 

You may discover that the Rally Support Manager integration stops working. You may notice subtle behaviors such as no longer seeing any buttons in the case layout or the Rally Defect/Story Field mapping doesn't fully load:
