Executing the vracli vro command results in "timed out waiting for condition "

Issue/Introduction

Orchestrator-specific commands (for example, vracli vro) fail with the critical error “timed out waiting for condition,” while other vracli commands such as vracli version work as expected

Environment

VMware Aria Orchestrator/Automation 8.x

Cause

A minimum of 20% free disk space is mandatory for all partitions. If /var/log reaches 80% utilization or more we tend to see these issues

Resolution

• Determine the current usage of the /var/log partition by running vracli disk-mgr
  
  
• Follow Aria Orchestrator Automation /var/log is 100% full to reclaim the space
  
  
• Successful reclamation of space will restore expected functionality to the vracli vro commands.
