Incremental alarm updates are not being passed to the Spectrum Data Publisher using multi-line alarm filter.

Issue/Introduction

We have created a multi-line alarm filter that contains an OR statement.  We have noticed that incremental alarms, such as threshold alarms from Performance Manager, that should be passed by the OR statement are not being passed to the Spectrum Data Publisher.

When we restart the SPUB, we are seeing all alarms pass, but again if we get any new threshold alarms that should be passed by the OR statement in the Alarm Filter, they are not passed with incremental synch.

Spectrum 24.3.x

Spectrum Data Publisher integrated with DX0i / DX02

Cause

Flaw in the code for incremental synch, that does not pass a multi-line alarm filter alarms.

Resolution

This will be fixed in a future release, target is Spectrum 25.4.4.
