Public Title:
Error on "Search for Use" for Users

Public Description:
A problem related to the "Search for Use" for Users function has been solved, where an error occurred when a URL contained a % escape character. This was the case if either 2 or more Users were selected for "Search for use" or if the result of the "Search for Use" function for a single User was reloaded with the given URL containing the '%' character. To resolve this, the escape character %25 used to escape user/department separator was replaced with a ~.
