Unable to register Supervisor on TMC Self Managed.

Issue/Introduction

Attempting to configure register TMC Self Manged failing with the below error

Environment

vSphere Supervisor
TMC Self Managed

Cause

Port 443 blocked on the supervisor to TMC FQDN

Outbound connections from cluster agent extensions communicate with

Tanzu Mission Control

through port

443

. If you have a proxy server that manages outbound traffic for your clusters, you must add the following URLs to your proxy allow list to enable the cluster to communicate with

Tanzu Mission Control

Resolution

Open a firewall port on Supervisor for the port required by Tanzu Mission Control
