Issue/Introduction

We are encountering an error when using the "Test URL" button. The error message displayed is: "Unable to access url_response probe. Communication error (80040402)."

UIM 23.4.5

 url_response probe 5.01

Resolution

The URL_response probe uses curl to function. If the curl command fails to execute or is not working correctly, the probe will consequently report a communication error.

Could you check with your network team to identify the root cause of why the curl command is failing when executed manually against a simple URL (e.g., www.google.com)?
