Issue/Introduction

• Post NSX version 3.1.x to 3.2.x upgrade, the Host and Edge component in NSX UI is not loading properly or not seen.
  
  
• While navigating to System > Fabric > Hosts and System > Fabric > Nodes > Edge Transport Nodes, below error is seen.
  
  Error: Exception while searching during pipeline execution (Error code: 60576)


• A similar message may make different parts of the UI actions unavailable.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, the search indices must be rebuilt. Please note that all search functionality within the NSX Manager will be temporarily unavailable until the reindexing process is complete. This operation typically requires approximately one minute, or at most a few minutes.

The below steps need to be run on all NSX Managers Nodes.

1. Connect to the NSX Manager via SSH as admin user.
2. The search indices can be rebuilt using below command.
nsxmgr> start search resync all
