Tips about incremental release since Endevor 18.0

Issue/Introduction
1)What is an incremental version and what is a standard one?
The difference between an incremental release(like Endevor v18.0) and a standard one (like v17) is that in the incremental release the product features are made available for customer implementation as soon as they are completed, rather than waiting for a list of features to complete like in a standard release. The new product features will be delivered in the format of an SMP/E PTF in multiple releases.
2)Version 18.0 for Endevor is currently beta version?
The base version of Endevor(v18.0.) was made generally available on August 28, 2015 so it cannot be considered a beta version that still requires testing. It is however delivered under the CA Incremental Release Program.
3)Should I go with upgrade to 17.0 version or 18.0 in production system?
The upgrade to the v18.0 will give you access to all the new features that were and will be developed for this version.

In case you are not interested in the incremental program, a standard release like Endevor v17.0 would still be a good option, as the End of Service has not been yet announced.
4) I don't even see the documentation for Version 18.0 available in the documentation link.
