Issue/Introduction

Summary:

The CA EEM web interface enables you to export application security policies to an XML file. This document covers the procedure to export CA EEM policies using EEM User Interface explained with screen captures.

Environment: 

CA-EEM r12.x

Instructions:

1. Open EEM Console UI, Select the Application

-Select WCC0004 if its WCC

-Select WorkloadAutomationAE if it is Workload automation (Autosys)

2. Login with 'Eiamadmin' user id & Password

3. Go to 'Configure' tab

 4. Click on 'EEM Server'

 5. Select 'Export Application'.

6. Uncheck all from Object list except 'Policies'.

7. Click on 'Export'.

8. Click on save and locate the file to your local desktop.

The file will be saved in *.xml format.

Note: After exporting from CA EEM Release 12.51, open the exported xml file and replace all instances of “GroupName” with “Name”.
