Issue/Introduction

There are Alerts in VCF Operations for Networks reading Operations for Networks-NSX Edge Roll-up Status is 'Degraded' or Operations for Networks-NSX Edge Node Tunnel status is 'Degraded'

Environment

VCF Operations for Networks 

Resolution

You will need to determine if the NSX Edges are in a degraded state. 

• Log in to your NSX Manager and go to System > Fabric > Nodes > Edge Transport Nodes.

• SSH into the NSX Edge nodes 
  • get edge-cluster status

If there are any degraded states on the NSX Edges, please follow these KBs:

• Edge Node Status Degraded or Down After TEP Interface Modification
• Edge Transport Node status is degraded if any interface is Down
• NSX Transport Nodes ( Edge/ESXi host) show "Down/Degraded" due to DNS issue
