Patch Metadata Import not bringing in new bulletin data

Issue/Introduction

Noted that there was no new bulletin data in the Bulletins and Updates (Software Bulletin Details) report, with the last bulletins dated a month ago. 

Cause

The Extended Software Updates (ESU) subscription ended and was not renewed, but the download from location still pointed to the ESU URL. 

Resolution

We changed the Import patch data from configuration item in the Import Patch Data for Windows task from the custom location used for ESU data to the default location option. After saving and re-running the import task, we could see the missing bulletin data.
