Issue/Introduction

After upgrade to 16.2.3.5, there is a remaining cache issue on obaStaffs that may affect performance and cause performance degradation in Clarity MUX. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. On a busy PROD environment with 16.2.3.5 applied, have hundreds of users work in MUX and Staffing

Expected Results: No cache errors.  

Actual Results: Failed to build cache for resource obaStaffs thrown in logs and performance in application in MUX is severely degraded

Cause

DE180074

Resolution

Fixed as a part of another defect in Clarity 16.3.3

Workaround: Clear application caches or restart all services (recommended)
