Issue/Introduction

Problem:

I am trying to save a new policy statement in CA Compliance Manager but I get an error ...

LDP6104E Unable to execute INSERT SQL statement

What causes this error?

Cause:

This error message is caused by CA LDAP Server not having a correctly formatted
MAPDB or MAPDBJ file allocated.

Resolution:

The resolution is to run job CDT9PCHR from the CDT9JCL library.
There are 3 steps to this job.

1) CMGRPCRX - which formats the MAPDB file
2) CMGRPCRY - which formats the MAPDBJ file
3) CMGRPCRZ - which populates the MAPDB file
