Issue/Introduction

You are unable to converge the legacy vSphere Replication Appliance with the VMware Live Recovery Appliance.

Cause

Complex admin password causes the convergence to fail.

Resolution

VMware Engineering is addressing a known issue with the Live Recovery Appliance. To resolve the convergence problem, set a simpler admin password. 

NOTE: The password must be at least eight characters long and must contain characters from four character classes: lowercase letters, uppercase letters, numbers, and special characters. The username cannot be a part of the password.
