Clarity Sync Mapped Information job posts duplicate images in Rally

Issue/Introduction

On bidirectional setup between Clarity and Rally, if an inline image was added to Rally, then the Synchronize Mapped Information job will repost the image in the Rally defect as if it was updated, over and over again

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Set up a Clarity – Rally integration for Object Initiative – Custom investment mapped to Rally Portfolio Item Initiative
2. Add bidirectional set up on State, Name and Description field
3. Ensure the setup is working & Rally sync is working
4. In Rally, open the Initiative and paste a screenshot in the Description field
5. Save, note the attachment is getting added in the Attachments section as a image.png file
6. Now run Synchronize Mapped Information job
7. Note that Clarity is now updated in Revision History with another change on Description field
8. Run Synchronize Mapped Information job again

Expected Results: There should not be any updates in Rally Revision history on the Feature as there is no change to the fields in either Clarity or Rally

Actual Results: The image png file gets continuously reposted to Rally on each Synchronize Mapped Information job run

• The image is not added to Attachments section of the Initiative just added in Revision history – no observable difference in Description field
• If you Inspect the Revision image item in Dev Tools you will see that the name of the image is different. It detects that there has been a change and may be due to this image name mismatch.
