Apart from the image shown above, following validation steps confirms license type:
License Management → Licenses → Version 9+ → under vCenter Systems section the license for the vCenter instance is marked for the "Fully Licensed" column is "No" Licensing → Version 9+ Licenses → Viewing the license details the column "Add-on License Name" is marked as "Evaluation" → the column "Fully Licensed" is marked as 'No" VCF Operations 9.0.x
Partial license has been applied to vCenter server instance only. If vSAN (TiB) license is not applied, the warning message is shown.
When you purchase VCF Operations and have version 9+ license , you receive both a VCF (core) license and a vSAN (TiB) license. Both licenses must be assigned to vCenters that are running vSAN in order to correctly entitle the vCenter, to resolve this please apply the vSAN (TiB) license as an add on license.
