Environment

VCF Operations 9.0.x

Cause

Partial license has been applied to vCenter server instance only. If vSAN (TiB) license is not applied, the warning message is shown.

Resolution

When you purchase VCF Operations and have version 9+ license , you receive both a VCF (core) license and a vSAN (TiB) license.   Both licenses must be assigned to vCenters that are running vSAN in order to correctly entitle the vCenter, to resolve this please apply the vSAN (TiB) license as an add on license.  You can use the following KB as a guide Online VCF 9 ADD-ON Licensing for vSAN .
