Adding a cluster fails with error "PORTGROUP_EXISTS"

Issue/Introduction

When you attempt to add a new cluster to a Workload Domain using SDDC Manager UI, the operation fails during the validation stage with "PORTGROUP_EXISTS".

Environment

SDDC Manager 5.x

Cause

Port group name is required to be unique at the domain level.

Resolution

Configure the port group with the unique name at the domain level.
