VCF Operations for Networks reports below alert
Issue is seen on VM's which are on NSX-T segment are vMotion via DRS to a different host, which causes the port status to go down.
On NSX-T Manager, the following logs are reported under /var/log/syslog:

VMware NSX-T
VCF Operations of Networks collects cached results which results in the alert being generated on Platform.
Alert is a false positive and can be ignored or deleted.
Issue is resolved in VCF Operations for Networks 6.13
