The content for 'Help Text' can be created language specific however when it comes to Sub Objects (both standard and custom), the Help Text
cannot be entered dependent on the language.
Steps To Reproduce:
1. Set user language to 'German'
2. Create a new Project Blueprint, drag and drop 'Help Text' field onto the 'Project Summary' section then edit and enter "Danke" in the 'Help Text' field.
3. Publish the changes carried out.
4. Create a new Project or associate an existing one to the Blueprint created in step 2 above.
5. Text appears on the Project Properties Page OK
6. log out of Clarity then log back this time as a user with language set to English
7. Go to the Project Blueprint in step 2 and enter 'Thanks' in the 'Help Text' field. Publish changes
8. Navigate to Project Properties page as English user and you can see the 'Help Text' field contains expected text 'Thanks'
9. Log out of Clarity and log in as German user. Go to the Project Blueprint -> Modules and click to open 'Risks' tab.
10. Turn on 'Enable Properties Navigation' then click to open 'Edit Module details' page
11. Drag and drop 'Help Text' field onto the 'Summary' section.
12. Edit and enter "Danke" in the 'Help Text'. Then click on publish button. You can see that 'Help Text' field in 'Project - Risks - Summary' page contains 'Danke'
13. Log out of Clarity as a German user and login as English user. Open and edit the Project Blueprint -> Modules and click to open 'Risks' tab
14. Edit and enter "Thanks" in the 'Help Text' field. Publish Blueprint.
15. Navigate to 'Project - Risks - Summary' page. The 'Help Text' field contains "Thanks"
16. Log out of Clarity then log back in as German user then navigate to 'Project - Risks - Summary' page
