NSX Federation Synchronization warning alarm

Issue/Introduction

NSX Global Manager may report a similar alarm:

Local Manager is in-sync with Global manager, but reported the following in ar.log

INFO GmToLmSyncAlarmStreamListener-1-1 ArAlarmManager 5674 - [nsx@6876 comp="nsx-manager" level="INFO" subcomp="async-replicator"] clearGmToLmSyncWarningAlarm for AlarmEntityId=#### for Flow FlowIdentifier{role='Policy', nameSpace='LM_2_GM_ONBOARD_CONFIG'} local site=####, remote site=#### Reason=Remote site connected.

Environment

VMware NSX

Cause

Alarm was raised, flow moved to SYNCHRONIZING, but it failed to clear the alarm. 

The issue is fixed in NSX 4.2.0

Resolution

Manually mark the alarm as Resolved.
