Users are unable to receive Anti-Malware notifications from custom Email address

Issue/Introduction

Users have the option to customize the sender email address in the Anti-Malware settings, as shown in the screenshot.

Currently this change applies only to recipient notifications and not to admin notifications as per the ESS design.
