NAS 23.4.3.2 does not start / crashes after turning robot to secure

After we have converted a hub to secure manually, on the last steps where the robot is converted to secure, the NAS crashes.

The only workaround is to completely remove the probe and install from scratch.

Defect in the nas probe possibly causing this

This version 23.4.4 resolves several "crash" scenarios similar to the one seen which most likely was occurring while converting the hub to secure.

Resolved an issue where deleting the .db files from the nas directory does not recreate the nas database correctly. (Support case: 36109586)
Resolved an issue where a nas probe crash occurred after an upgrade to DX UIM 23.4 CU3 due to an empty column in a single record within the nas_alarms table (local NAS database). (Support case: 36182451)
Resolved an issue where the nas probe crashes when replication is enabled. (Support case: 36085335)

This issue does NOT occur on DX UIM 23.4.4 and later
If still running 23.4.3 upgrade NAS to 23.4.4 and later before converting the robot / hub to secure
