A user is attempting to create a CA7 report for jobs that executed 3 months ago. The data for CA7 is kept for 6 months in QA. However, these jobs are no longer defined to CA7. Should the data still be available in the database (these are not tracked by SLA monitoring) or does the data get removed once the job is removed from CA7?
Once a job is deleted from CA7, it can no longer be selected in the iDash GUI under the Job Details section. However, the data remains stored in the iDash database. If you add the job back into CA7 and generate the report again, both the new and previously stored data will appear in the report
