Issue/Introduction

A Uproc having a Non-Simultaneity condition with Uproc with Functional Period 'none' only works with Processing Date 'Any'

However, creating the above in UVC is cumbersome and not intuitive.

If Non-Simultaneity Uproc with Functional Period 'none' is picked, the Processing date is greyed out. However, the default is then Same Day.
When you save the Uproc Same day is stored and the Non-Simultaneity thus doesn't work.

This means that the user has to know to first set 'Any' before picking the Non-Simultaneity Uproc.
