DX UIM cabi folder-info HTTP POST failing with 500 internal server error

Issue/Introduction

The CABI reports display a data access error, and the developer tools show an HTTP POST request failing for https://<oc_ip_address>/cabi/api/folder-info

Cause

Corrupted / wrongly deployed cabi packages on the OC server

Resolution

Redeploy all core out-of-the-box cabi / oc dashboard packs on the OC server.
