Issue/Introduction

How can I share a deployment between certain User's but not all project member's?

Environment

Aria Automation 8.x

Resolution

The following options exist in Aria Automation, which address various levels of sharing:

• A Project Member has access only to their own deployments by default.

• A Project Administrator can see and manage all deployments within the project. 

• The Project Administrator can enable the toggle "deployments are shared between all users in the project," which grants every Project Member full access to all project deployments. 

• Granular Sharing (Recommended): A Project Member can create a deployment and then use the "Change Owner" Day 2 action to assign ownership to an AD Group. If the AD Group contains the desired User then both users will gain full ownership and management access to that specific deployment.
