The user with "vApp User" role is not able to see all the vApps

Issue/Introduction

• The "vApp user" global role has been assigned to one or more users.
• The users with "vApp user" global role assigned are able to see the Organization VDC but not all the existing vApps and VMs.

Environment

VMware Cloud Director 10.x

Cause

By design,  the "vApp User" role does not allow the users to see all the existing vApps but only the vApps shared and owned by the users.

Resolution

To allow users with  "vApp User" role to see objects of all users, the right "General - Administrator View" can be enabled on the role.
