Failed to restore VCD with correct backup

Issue/Introduction

Below error found in cell-management.log:

"Invalid database configuration: The hostname x.x.x.x could not be verified by hostnameverifier PgjdbcHostnameVerifier."

The Eth1 IP address of restored cell is different for that in backup cell

Environment

VMware Cloud Director 10.6.1

Resolution

Setup restored cell with the identical IP address with backup cell
