Issue/Introduction

Discovery of pre-configured IP SLA ICMP-Echo tests failed with "Test URL is invalid" error due to rttMonEchoAdminTargetAddress has a value of "0.0.0.0".

Cause

This issue is due to rttMonEchoAdminTargetAddress OID (1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.42.1.2.2.1.2) has a value of "0.0.0.0".

The rttMonEchoAdminTargetAddress OID is described as the following:

rttMonEchoAdminTargetAddress OBJECT-TYPE

STATUS current
DESCRIPTION
"A string which specifies the address of the target."
::= { rttMonEchoAdminEntry 2 }
-- 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.42.1.2.2.1.2

Spectrum requires rttMonEchoAdminTargetAddress to have valid IP Address value to be able to discover and model the tests. This is Cisco device SNMP MIB data issue and not Spectrum's problem.
