Dynamic Types not loading in Inventory of Aria orchestrator after upgrading to 8.18.1

Issue/Introduction

• After upgrading Aria Automation to 8.18.1 the dynamic types items are not loading in Inventory of Aria orchestrator.
• The finder workflows and actions work as expected.
• The issue is with the UI not able to load the dynamic type in the inventory of Aria Orchestrator.
  
  
  
  
  
• Checking the vco-server-app.log below messages are observed the type may change depending on the object type, it is NSXT in this case

  Caused by: java.lang.RuntimeException: The requested object: [ type=NSXT.NSXTHost; id=########-####-####-####-#########] was not found; the finder action com.vmware.coe.dynamicTypes.pluginGenerator.host/findRelation took 29ms to finish and returned an empty 

Environment

Aria Automaton 8.18.x

Cause

A null value returned by the 'find relation' action is causing the UI to continuously try loading the inventory. This issue impacts all versions up to and including Aria Automation 8.18.1 Patch 3. dynamictypes plugin version 1.4.2.24140226.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, please install the new version of the dynamictypes plugin (1.4.2.24987008) attached to the Knowledge Base (KB).
