Intermittently long-running nightly job causes the intraday job to fail

Issue/Introduction

The nightly RiskFabric Processing job occasionally takes longer than expected. The job is completing successfully but running into the time scheduled for the first RiskFabric Intraday Processing job to start, causing it to fail.

Cause

The schedule of the nightly RiskFabric Processing job or of the RiskFabric Intraday Processing job (or both) have been modified from their default times in such a manner that there is no slack in the nightly job's allotted time to provide for processing time variability that can be caused by larger than normal volumes of data from data sources.

Resolution

Ensure sufficient time is allotted for the nightly job to run before the first intraday job is scheduled to start.
