Issue/Introduction

Since upgraded to 8.7.4, we found that generated source for RP4 functions always has some unnecessary Y2RTTSK calls in subroutine ZZINIT, even when timestamp functionality is not used. These unnecessary calls will impact the generation performance and generate too much messages in the joblog. For example, in our Db2 Mirror environments, it increases the frequency of CPI9171 messages, leading to joblog flooding.

Environment

versions 8.7.3 and 8.7.4
