alarm_enrichment probe fails to start after upgrade to version 23.4.5.1 (CU5)

Issue/Introduction

The alarm_enrichment fails to start on one of the secondary hubs after upgrading nas and alarm_enrichment probes to version 23.4.5.1

Error captured in the larm_enrichmen.log:

Environment

UIM 23.4.5 (23.4 CU5)

Resolution

This issue is sometimes seen when the files in the \Nimsoft\probes]service\nas\alarm_enrichment\db\ folder are corrupted.

Steps to resolve this issue:

1.  Deactivate both the nas and alarm_enrichment probes.

2. Rename the files in the \Nimsoft\probes]service\nas\alarm_enrichment\db\ directory.

3. Activate the alarm_enrichment probe.

4. Wait for the alarm_enrichment to start, and then activate the nas probe.
