VARA.BACKEND Fails to Process File Paths Containing Spaces in V24

Issue/Introduction

VARA.BACKEND is unable to process file paths that contain spaces on Windows:
For example, attempting to access: C:\files\Folder_A - Copy\File1.txt 
When using a Windows Java Agent and selecting Preview, the operation fails with the following message:
Command with RunID '123456789' ended with return code '1'. Command: 'cmd /c type "C:\files\Folder_A - Copy\File1.txt"'
