Doc-Isolation 403 Forbidden error or a blank page

Issue/Introduction

When trying to render a file in Document Isolation Viewer the browser throws 403 Forbidden error or a blank page

Environment

On premises Edge SWG forwarding requests to the dedicated Cloud Web Isolation tenant

Cause

Manually defined Edge SWG policies CPL conditions are not matching Document Isolation required URLs

Resolution

Make sure all required URLs are present in the CPL definitions, example:

• ;Define the isolation virtual domain resources
  define url.domain condition IsolationResourcesAuth
    global-shared.fire.glass
    docisolation.prod.fire.glass
    docisolation-eu.prod.fire.glass 
    doc-isolation-prod.prod.fire.glass
    doc-isolation-prod-eu.prod.fire.glass
    shared.fire.glass
  end IsolationResourcesAuth
