The files /etc/sysconfig/proxy and /etc/sysconfig/netdumper are legitimate system files created on the vCenter Server Appliance.

• /etc/sysconfig/proxy is the proxy configuration file in the vCenter appliance
• /etc/sysconfig/netdumper is the configuration file on the vCenter appliance for ESXi dump collector
