Email stop working after upgrade

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading from Smarts version 10.1.12 to Network Observability 24.3.13, the email notifications from certain ICS_Notifications are not being delivered.

Environment

All supported version

Resolution

Third party mail application was used to send this email.  Because the application wasn't installed on the server, the emails were able to be send.

Once the third party mail application was installed, the email started to be sent out.
