Unable to deploy identity broker in VCF 9 (stand alone)

Issue/Introduction

When using a custom certificate to deploy the stand alone identity broker in VCF 9 Operations, the following error may occur:

Environment

VCF 9.x
VCF Operations 9.x
VCF Identity broker 9.x
VCF VIDB 9.x

Cause

Custom certificates may cause the deployment to fail, this is a known issue with 9.0.0 and 9.0.1

Resolution

Work around the issue by deploying with self signed certs followed by adding the certificate after the Identity broker is stood up.

Update the certificate after deployment:  Replace a Certificate with a CA-Signed Certificate
