Incompatibility with ODBC 17/18 driver

Issue/Introduction

A product produced in Plex 6.0 uses a SQL Server database and SQL Server 17/18 as driver. The product runs flawlessly in this version 6.0. Recently the model of this product was generated and compiled in Plex 7.3.0 / VS2022. Testing showed severe performance issues. The main issue revolves around the blockfetch function that tries to fetch 64 rows at a time but only gets 1 row at a time from the driver. Plex 7.3.0 gets information from the SQL Server 17 driver when the communication starts and uses that to decide the mode of communication with the driver.
