Issue/Introduction

This article describes the support of Email Security Isolated HTML attachements using iPhone Devices.

Resolution

Due to changes implemented by Apple in their mobile OS platform: iOS. The Email Security.cloud Attachment Isolation feature is no longer supported. This results in iOS users no longer being allowed to open Isolated files, these are document-type files wrapped in a .HTML container. The wrapped file will always be sent to Apple's preview browser which lacks JavaScript capabilities, the inability to reach a modern browser ensures the isolated file can't be opened under iOS.

Note:  Below is the supported platforms for Email Security.cloud

Supported platforms: Microsoft Windows, Apple MacOS, and Google Android or Linux, while using a modern web browser with JavaScript support."
