HCX Migrations with VMs using First Class Disks fails

Issue/Introduction

• VMs are configured with  FCD disks 
• RAV and vmotion fails  with this error:

vMotion failed. System Error. Source side error is : Source side relocate failed for the virtual machine. 
Migration to host <###-###-###-###> failed with error Connection closed by remote host, possibly due to timeout (195887167). 
msg.checkpoint.precopyfailure:Migration to host <###-###-###-###> failed with error Connection closed by remote host, possibly due to timeout (195887167). 
vob.vmotion.net.send.start.failed:vMotion migration [179####44:4218735#######394] failed to send init message to the remote host <###-###-###-###>

HCX 4.x

Cause

VMware HCX migration workflows does not support virtual machines configured with First-Class Disks (FCD).

Resolution

Currently there is no resolution.
