Latim America Customers only
Workaround:
Linux: Set the TZ=America/Buenos_Aires
Windows: Uncheck "Automatically adjust clock for daylight saving changes" under Clock
-> Time Zone area.
Additional Information:
Fixed on 6.3.1.06 versions or later.
