[AWI] My Catalog Perspective is not updated automatically

Issue/Introduction

Following an upgrade to version 24.4.1, the My Catalog perspective within the AWI no longer refreshes automatically. The view updates only when a manual refresh is triggered within the AWI. In the prior versions this perspective refreshed automatically without user intervention.
