Cause

This issue can occur when vCenter Server is unable to establish connectivity to the Broadcom software repository while new updates or software versions are available.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, refer Public URL list for SDDC Manager, VCF Downlod Tool, Async Patch Tool which outlines all the required URLs that must be accessible to enable online functionality in a VCF environment.

Additional Information

Check for Recommended Images

By using recommended images for your clusters or standalone hosts, you ensure that your environment runs the latest verified software. Although vSphere Lifecycle Manager generates image recommendation automatically when the cluster or the host changes or when new software is available in the vSphere Lifecycle Manager depot, you can manually check for recommendations at any time.

For more details refer Check for Recommended Images section under: vSphere Lifecycle Manager Recommended Images.
